Content Health Playbook

BulkForge continuously scores every site you connect. Use this guide to interpret the numbers, resolve issues quickly, and prove the impact of your content operations.

How scoring works

Every sync reviews the latest WordPress data, queued BulkForge jobs, and AI-driven audits. Scores are recalculated per property and surface in the dashboard status cards and the Content Health module.

Coverage

Checks whether posts, pages, and product listings have the foundational SEO elements: meta titles/descriptions, structured data, internal links, and alt text.

Opportunity

Highlights workflows where BulkForge can provide the largest uplift (e.g. pages missing schema or products without localized copy).

Status definitions

  • Fully Optimized

Zero outstanding issues. We continue to monitor for regressions or new items needing attention.

  • Needs Optimization

Items missing core metadata or flagged by AI linting. Use the Bulk Editor for quick remediation.

  • Missing Metadata

Critical fields (meta titles/descriptions, schema, internal links) are absent. Prioritize these to avoid search regressions.

Operational best practices

Automate recurring fixes

Pair health flags with BulkForge automations (meta refresh, alt text generation, schema templates) so future regressions self-heal.

Log before/after impact

Include Content Health snapshots in client or leadership updates. When you run bulk jobs, revisit the status cards to capture time saved and ops executed.

Troubleshooting tips

  • Scores aren’t updating? Confirm the latest sync completed in the Dashboard status strip. If not, trigger a manual sync from Sites.
  • Need to audit specific URLs? Use the Bulk Editor filters to drill into content grouped by health status.
  • Managing multiple brands? Export the Content Health report from Analytics and share it with your stakeholders.
