Complete the steps below to align your team, automate repeatable fixes, and surface a measurable impact in the Content Health dashboard.

Connect your first site
Use the onboarding wizard or visit Dashboard → Sites to add a WordPress property. Paste your site URL and WordPress app credentials.
- Site appears under Connected Sites
- Last sync timestamp updates within a few minutes

Install the WordPress Bridge plugin (optional, recommended)
Unlock faster syncing, schema automation, and deep analytics by installing the BulkForge bridge plugin.
- Follow the plugin documentation
- Confirm the "Bridge Active" badge shows on the Sites page

Run your first workflow
Open any pillar card from the dashboard to launch a guided experience (bulk meta refresh, AI article creation, product enrichment, etc.).
- Use preview mode to review changes before publishing
- Monitor the floating job widget for progress

Review Content Health
The dashboard summary surfaces quick wins and any metadata gaps across your catalog.
- Jump to the Content Health playbook to interpret scores
- Convert "Needs Optimization" items using the Bulk Editor
